Functional Application Support:

· Provide functional support for applications

· Diagnose, triage, and resolve application incidents and service requests from end users

· Support application upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes from a functional perspective

· Manage user access, roles, and permissions for business applications

· Maintain functional documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
